Samantha Paone is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional committed to helping individuals build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Samantha earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University and has experience working in both alternative school settings and community mental health, including inpatient and intensive outpatient programs. Samantha has worked with adolescents and adults across a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs. Samantha believes that therapy should be tailored to each individual, honoring their unique story, strengths, and goals. While her approach is always person-centered and collaborative, Samantha most often integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, mindfulness-based techniques, and the Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM) to support clients in developing lasting emotional resilience. Samantha works primarily with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders, which include substance use and mental health conditions occurring simultaneously, as well as anxiety, depression (including MDD), anger management concerns, grief and loss, and autism spectrum disorder. Samantha strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and understood as they work toward healing and personal growth.
