
Josh Toth earned his Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Mental Health Counseling from Temple University. He works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns. His areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. He also supports clients facing school-related difficulties, behavioral challenges, stress-related concerns, and other obstacles that may impact daily functioning and overall well-being. Josh has experience providing both individual and group counseling services and is passionate about helping clients create meaningful change. He takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Josh strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their goals. He believes in meeting clients where they are and collaborating with them to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall well-being.
