
Christina Chokas is a compassionate mental health professional, and she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Holy Family University. With experience in community mental health settings, Christina has provided individual and group counseling for a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. Christina specializes in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She has a particular passion for working with teenagers and is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
